Terms and conditions
- This program applies to selected models of Toyota vehicles imported & sold by ALJID from 1st of February 2025 till the 31st December 2025.
- This program applies to individual retail sales. (Not applicable to fleet customers or bulk vehicle sales under fleet contracts from all sales channels.)
- This program offers the following
- For Gasoline vehicles: special offer on 10000 KM, 20000 KM, & 30000 KM services
- 1000 KM Free service for all vehicles
- For Diesel vehicles: special offer will be on 5000 KM, 10000 KM, 15000 KM, 20000 KM, & 25000 KM services
- For Supra a special offer on 12000 KM, 24000 KM, & 36000 KM services.
- For Urban Cruiser & GR86 a special offer will be on 15000 KM, 30000 KM, & 45000 KM services.
- For prices of these services, please refer to the below tables of price details.
- These services should be performed within 24 months from the vehicle’s purchase date.
- Odometer mileage shouldn’t exceed ± 2500 Km for all above-mentioned services.

- Any additional jobs not mentioned in this program should be paid by the customer.
- Toyota Genuine Motor Oil will be used in this program based on the owner manual.
- The customer should pay (in cash) the difference in cost between oil grades in case of requesting a different oil grade recommended in owner’s manual.
- Customers are not entitled to claim the value of labor, Spare Parts, Oil or Top-up fluids, and not even exchange or combine them with any other services or discount provided by the company.
- This program is not transferable from one vehicle to another.
- Program is valid for the vehicle even if the owner changed.
- Recommendations contained in the warranty booklet must be complied with, to maintain the warranty of the vehicle.
- This document does not entail any responsibilities, obligations, rights, or claims conflicting with what is stated and according to the company’s intentions.
